To set up an appointment, please call our office during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am through 5pm.

The consultation fee will be deducted from your balance if you schedule surgery. Feel free to email us with questions or comments at info@drcassileth.com. To get to our office, turn south from Santa Monica Boulevard onto Bedford Drive. (Bedford Drive is a one-way street at this point, heading south.) Our office is on the left in the middle of the first block. Valet parking is available in the office building.
