"I really love my job because it's different every day. I work closely with our patient accounts until I am certain that all of the right documentation is in place. There's a required list of things I have to do: track down patients' medical histories, get supporting documentation from doctors and other medical-related practitioners they've formerly seen, ensure that the right release forms are signed, and much more. It's gratifying to assist patients and see their relief when everything works out."
Patty is an amazing liaison between our patients and their insurance companies. She does the labor-intensive work of obtaining pre-certifications, pre-authorizations, and handling appeals. Prior to coming to our practice, Patty spent 14 years in finance and insurance-related work. Patty is invaluable to our patients - tracking down and staying on top of the documents needed to ensure that procedures are covered by insurance.
“I had the new filler Voluma injected on my face. I lost a lot of weight and unfortunately lost volume in my cheeks and had some sagging skin in that area. I absolutely love what it did to my face. I have cheeks again. I look younger and the definition in my cheek area is amazing.”
Dr. Brown is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiologists, and has been in practice for 11 years Dr. Brown grew up in New Jersey. After completing his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University he worked in a research position in the Department of Anesthesiology at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Interests and talents discovered during that time led Dr. Brown to pursue a medical education at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He excelled in his residency in Anesthesiology at St. Vincent’s Hospital Manhattan in New York City.
Dr. Brown’s path then led him to Los Angeles. As an assistant professor of anesthesiology, he taught and worked clinically at Cedars Sinai Medical Center for ten years. Recently Dr. Brown chose to focus his practice on ambulatory anesthesia care. This change has afforded Dr. Brown the time to celebrate each patient’s individuality.
“I am so grateful for the opportunity to aide courageous people on their heroic journeys. I want to give every patient the best anesthesia and surgical experience they have ever had. Because many of our patients have already had personal experiences with surgery and anesthesia, listening carefully to each patient tell of their experiences allows me to plan with them the care that so often achieves that goal. I do this with enthusiasm because it is what I am meant to be doing.”
Dr. Brown lives with his wife and daughter in the south bay.
"I love helping people look years younger and feel more beautiful than they ever thought possible."

“It turns back the clock on aging, my skin is plumper and smoother, it erased my tiny wrinkles and prohibited new ones from forming, in my opinion.
“As one of the oldest (maybe the oldest!) people on staff, I think Fraxel is what is most responsible for me looking way younger than my age.
“I love Fraxel because it repopulates skin with collagen; it plumps skin at a molecular level, from the inside out so that the skin is restored to a younger look. I also love that it’s a no down time treatment!”
“Every decision in life leads you on a journey, it's our privilege and responsibility to ensure that our patients receive excellent care and a hand to hold along their path in a life changing journey.”

I see many patients whose main concern is being able to "feel like themselves again". From start to finish I've seen Dr. Cassileth's bedside manner and technique give patients back their confidence and sense of well being. It's wonderful to see the smiles that come out of our office!”

“As I age my face had lost a lot of volume and I was starting to look tired and thin. When I looked at old photos my face seemed fuller and more youthful. The injectable filler Sculptra was placed in my temple area and under my cheekbone, this has dramatically improved my look by filling out those areas. I love Sculptra! It lasts 2-5 years and really gave me back at least 5 years!”
