Age: 33, from Pasadena, California. This patient disliked the results of a previous breast augmentation, and she had developed capsular contracture. Her breast implants were removed and a fat transfer to her breasts was done to give her a soft, full look.
Age: 48,from Santa Monica, California. Patient had 20 year old silicone implants and wanted to switch them out. She desired a very natural look. Breast implants were removed and replaced, and fat was grafted over the top of the breast to create volume and soften the look of the top of the implant.
Age: 43, from West Hollywood, California. Patient did not want her breast implants anymore. Felt like she had outgrown them. Bilateral removal of implants with bilateral fat grafting to breasts was performed.
Age: 58, from Montecito, California. Patient had three previous breast augmentation surgeries (saline) with another doctor. When the patient came to us she still felt that her implants looked hard and round. Bilateral fat grafting to breasts was performed to soften up the feel and decrease the implant visibility across the top of the breasts.
Age: 22, from Los Angeles, California. Patient's left breast developed smaller than the right. At age 16 she had an implant placed in the left breast which has now developed a capsular contracture. Removal and replacement of the implant on the left, a breast augmentation on the right and bilateral fat grafting to create better symmetry.
Age: 48, from San Francisco, California. Patient had saline implants that were placed over the muscle with bilateral capsular contracture and overall did not like the appearance of her breasts. She switched to silicone implants that were placed under the muscle -492cc.
Age: 44, from Marin County, California. Patient came to us with bilateral capsular contracture and ruptured silicone implants. She had had one previous surgery to try and correct her capsular contracture from her original surgeon with no success. She had her old implants removed and replaced with 286cc silicone implants.
Age: 43, from Scottsdale, Arizona.Patient had Trilusent breast implants placed in 1997 which ultimately ruptured so she switched to silicone implants over the muscle. She now has severe capsular contracture, pain and asymmetry due to a tuberous breast. Bilateral breast implant removal and replacement was performed.

Age: 28, from Ojai, California. Patient had capsular contracture, asymmetry and implant rippling. A remove and replacement of implants was performed and ADM was placed.
Age: 26, from Los Angeles, California. Patient had capsular contracture and asymmetry of breast implants. Breast implant size was decreased and a remove and replacement with an internal lift was performed.
Age: 31, from Laguna Beach, California. Patient had malposition of breast implants with severe muscle flex deformity. Silicone breast implants were removed and replace from submusclar to submammary position.
Age: 56, from Beverly Hills, CA. Patient presented with left capsular contracture and a ruptured implant. She also felt that her original implants were placed too laterally. A removal and replacement of silicone implants was performed and the implants were moved medially creating a more natural look.
Age: 63, from Pacific Palisades, CA. Patient presented with ruptured silicone implants, capsular contracture and free floating silicone in her breast area. A full capsulectomy, en bloc, with free silicone removal was done. She then replaced the implants and grafted fat to the breasts.
Age: 29, from Lake Tahoe, CA. Patient presented with capsular contracture. Bilateral removal and replacement of implants with ADM placement was performed.
Age: 45, from Dubai. Patient presented with a left breast capsular contracture. Had previously had two surgeries to correct her contracture. Left implant was removed and replaced with a new saline breast implant with ADM placement.

Age: 29, from San Francisco, California. Patient had two previous breast revision surgeries. Still felt she was asymmetrical and too big. On examination patient had capsular contractures. Bilateral remove and replacement with silicone implants and ADM placement.
Age: 45, from Los Angeles, CA. Patient had 2 previous remove & replace surgeries with recurring capsular contracture. Our capsular contracture protocol was followed and we performed a remove and replace of silicone implants with ADM placement.
Age: 52, from Brooklyn, New York. Patient had 3 previous revision surgeries for capsular contracture. Bilateral Remove & Replacement of silicone implants was performed with placement of ADM.
