Coordinators, nurse practitioners, physician associates, and medical assistants are full-time members of the practice — and most have been with Dr. Cassileth for over a decade, through new techniques, the founding of Bedford Breast Center, and the evolution into The Practice Healthcare.
Continuity isn't a perk. It's a clinical advantage. The same nurse handles your pre-op and your post-op. The same coordinator who answered your first call is there at your year-out follow-up. McKenzie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of nursing experience. She has been with the practice from the beginning of the wellness program, supporting surgery patients with recovery, optimization, and prevention.
Born and raised on Kauai, McKenzie received her FNP from Cal State Los Angeles and her Master of Nursing from UCLA.
Amy, PA-C, MS
Physician Associate
Amy is a board-certified physician associate who assists Dr. Cassileth in the operating room and manages preoperative appointments. Prior to joining the practice, she worked at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for eight years as a clinical research coordinator.
She holds a master's in physician associate studies from Thomas Jefferson University and a master's in architecture and interior design from Drexel University.

Star has more than 14 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. As Dr. Cassileth's medical assistant, she is an integral part of the team, supporting patients across the full arc of their treatment.
Fallon

With 13+ years in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics, Fallon is the primary point of contact for Dr. Cassileth's patients — from initial inquiry through scheduling, surgery prep, and follow-up.
Originally from Denver, she earned her B.S. from Colorado State University and began her career as a medical aesthetician before moving into patient coordination and office management.

Oanh has over eight years of nursing experience, with six in aesthetics. Formerly lead aesthetic nurse at the KAO Institute in Santa Monica, she focuses on personalized combination treatments that enhance facial structure without overdoing it.
