We accept insurance on eligible surgeries and work with most major carriers for reconstructive and medically necessary procedures. Not every procedure qualifies, and coverage is confirmed case by case. Breast reconstruction after mastectomy is federally mandated to be covered. Breast reduction, explant for complications, and capsular contracture treatment often qualify too, along with breast imaging, genetic testing, and screening when they are medically indicated. Coverage varies by plan, claims get denied, and patients are usually left navigating it alone.
