Before Surgery
- Consultation — Evaluate skin laxity, muscle separation, and goals.
- Surgical plan — Full, mini, or extended tummy tuck based on your needs.
During Surgery
- Incision — Placed low across the abdomen, hidden by underwear or swimwear.
- Muscle repair — Separated muscles sutured back together.
- Skin removal — Excess skin removed, remaining skin tightened.
- Liposuction — Often combined to improve contour.
After Surgery
- Recovery — Walking encouraged immediately. Most return to desk work in 2 weeks.
