Age: 48 from Santa Monica, CA. Patient had 20 year old silicone implants and wanted to switch them out. She desired a very natural look. Dr. Cassileth removed and replaced the implants and grafted some fat over the top of the breast to create volume and soften the look of the top of the implant.
