This 45-year-old patient from Malibu, CA desired perkier breasts after having children and to address tuberous breast deformity. Dr. Cassileth performed a mastopexy with pocket lift using Galaflex mesh placement, reduction of residual axillary fat with liposuction, and fat grafting to the upper poles of her breast.
