This 18-year-old patient from San Clemente, CA had severe tuberous breasts. With one breast and A cup and the other a D cup, the breasts were extremely asymmetrical, causing the patient both emotional distress and physical discomfort. Dr. Cassileth performed a breast reduction on the left breast and bilateral breast augmentation using 250 cc implants with fat grafting.
