From the moment you are greeted by our friendly front desk, through your consultation, surgery and after surgery, where you’ll have the support of our concierge aftercare nurses. We arrange every detail, big and small, to provide you with an excellent experience.
You will have a dedicated aftercare nurse practitioner or physician associate assigned to you for up to four weeks after your surgery. Your aftercare specialist provides concierge care from the time of surgery, and throughout your recovery at home – just a text message away. Our team of nurses specialize in post-surgical care, they each have over 20 years of experience specifically in the aftercare and recovery of plastic and reconstructive surgery patients. They are the best in the field! They know all the tips and insider secrets to make your recovery smooth and easy.
The nurses aren’t just reachable by phone – they are your own dedicated nurse who supports you throughout your surgical journey, and is in contact with you, seeing you or via phone or text on a daily basis from your surgery date to four-week post-surgery.

Carollee has been a nurse for more than 40 years. She graduated from Mount Carmel School of Nursing and Ohio State. She is passionate about patient care and ensuring an excellent and speedy post-surgery experience. You'll meet Carollee during your consultation with Dr. Cassileth, and Carollee will be there to guide you after your surgery to ensure you are comfortable and healing quickly.
