Surgeon : Lisa Cassileth MD, FACS
This 55-year-old patient had bilateral breast reconstruction and a botched bilateral reduction that resulted in her having amastia. She had undergone previous implant surgery which had failed and then was recently revised resulting in capsular contracture and symmetry. She was also left with two hypertrophic scars in her inframammary crease that are painful and continued areas of divoting from previous reconstruction.
